    1st day of attending the motivational workshop.
    was quite fun lah.
    cos our trainer,mr.shawn was good in speech.
    somemore gib us lots of tips.
    den we hab break.hab a bite or so.
    went bac fer more lecturing.
    enjoyed the whole thing.
    den lunch..after lunch.
    we hab a switch of trainer.
    the trainer was one tat taught the NT,mrs.rama.
    lols.we all got a shocked.y suddenli change ppl.
    aniwae.the NT same wib us.
    prefer our initial trainer.we wan mr.shawn bac.

    hab the thing goin on till 6pm.LONG DURATION yea?
